A yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher who enjoys delving into the world of stillness.
Magnus has practiced yoga and meditation for over 35 years. He teaches yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, and has deepened his understanding of the traditions he teaches through academic studies in Indology, with a focus on Tibetan culture and language.
As the author of, among other works, Att vara stilla när allt skyndar (To be still when everything rushes), Viloläge (Rest Mode), and his own interpretation of A Bodhisattva's 37 Practices, Magnus explores the inner landscapes where presence, breath, and humanity meet. His texts carry the same calm, poetic tone as his teaching.
Magnus loves combining meditation with various forms of movement, breathing exercises, and elements from traditional Tibetan Buddhism to offer his students gentle paths into stillness.
He also organizes group trips to Nepal – a country where he has spent a lot of time and which has become an important source of inspiration and deepening in his work.
