When booking a yoga course, training, workshop, or retreat with Art of Stillness, this is done by payment in our booking system or by invoice.
In case of non-attendance, no refund will be issued.
Right of withdrawal and complaint
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the course has not started.
The right of withdrawal therefore only applies to courses that have not started. Started courses are exempt from the right of withdrawal and no refund can then be claimed. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at magnus@artofstillness.se
Cancellation policy – courses and training programs
- Registration is binding
- Art of Stillness reserves the right to cancel courses, training programs or workshops if there are too few registrations. In the event of a cancelled activity, the fee paid will be refunded in full.
Longer training programs (100–250 hours)
- The registration fee is only refunded upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
(Not in case of relocation, changed work situation or other personal circumstances.)
- In case of refund, an administration fee of SEK 1,200 will be deducted.
- In case of impediment or missed course module without a medical certificate, you may, subject to availability, make up the module at the next training opportunity.
This only applies if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the course starts.
- Notice of place will be given no later than 48 hours before the next training opportunity.
- If a place is granted, an administration fee of SEK 500 will be added.
Special conditions – Trips to Nepal
Booking policy
- Flights are booked and paid for by the participant themselves. We are happy to help with advice and guidance if you have questions or concerns about the booking.
- The registration fee of SEK 8,995 is non-refundable if cancellation occurs when there are less than 90 days left until departure.
- You will be reminded to pay the remaining amount 120 days before departure
Insurance
It is very important that you have valid and comprehensive travel insurance.
Most home insurance policies include travel insurance, but check carefully what applies to you, especially in case of illness, accident or cancellation.
Invoice
If you book the trip via a company and wish for an invoice, this is perfectly fine. Contact us in connection with the booking.
