About the training
Over the past decades, neuroscience has given us an ever greater understanding of how meditation, breathing and conscious presence affect the brain, the nervous system and our wellbeing. At the same time, Buddhist monks, yogis and other contemplative practitioners have spent centuries exploring the same inner landscape through direct experience.
Science studies the effects. The contemplative traditions study the experience. This training is built on both perspectives.
The training brings meditation, breathing and nervous-system regulation together into one coherent practice for our time. You gain both theoretical understanding and concrete tools for creating more presence, stability and psychological flexibility in everyday life.
Meditation is partly about learning clear techniques and structures for how we train attention and awareness. But it is also about developing a way of meeting life and other people with greater kindness and compassion. The training therefore rests on four simple steps: Pause → Turn towards the heart → Practise → Carry it with you. The steps describe not only how a meditation can be built, but also how a sustainable practice grows and becomes a natural part of life.
The training suits you who want to deepen your own development, as well as you who want the knowledge, experience and certification to guide others in meditation, breathing exercises and nervous-system regulation.
Many people come to meditation and breathwork to reduce stress, manage worry or find greater calm and focus. Over time, many discover something more: a deeper contact with themselves, with their values and with the life they want to live.
That is why this training is not only about techniques. It is about developing a living practice that can carry you through the different stages of life — and about learning to guide others with knowledge, presence and compassion.
Content
The training follows a clear path, step by step. Each part rests on the one before — and each part gives you something you can carry with you straight away, both into your own practice and into the room where you will one day guide others.
After the training
This isn't a training you finish. What you carry away is a practice, a craft and a community that keeps growing long after the final weekend.
You can lead meditations and presence practices for others.
Simpler breathing sessions taught safely and clearly.
Your own classes, courses and workshops — with structure and content.
Meditation and breathing as part of your own professional work.
A practice that keeps deepening long after the training.
Helping others towards greater presence, balance and self-compassion.
