Join us on an unforgettable 11-day trip to Nepal where tranquility, nature, and culture meet in the heart of the Himalayas. We start in Kathmandu, with time at the great white stupa of Boudhanath, visits to the temples of Patan, sacred Pashupatinath, and the serene water temple in Budhanilkantha. Here you can settle into the rhythm of incense, prayers, and the city's bustling everyday life.

Then we travel up into the mountainous landscape of the Helambu region, where our trek begins. We walk at a leisurely pace through rhododendron forests, waving prayer flags, and small Buddhist villages. Every day, Magnus will guide you in yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises — an inner journey that follows nature's slow pulse.

The highlight is the ascent of the sacred peak Ama Yangri (3771 m) where the peaks of the Himalayas open up in all their serenity. Here we perform a simple ceremony and meditation before hiking back through the villages. The trip concludes with one last full day in Kathmandu, time for your own strolls, a communal farewell dinner, and a meeting with Magnus's Tibetan friends.
