About the course

A method you follow at your own pace

Being still when everything rushes — A self-paced meditation course

For those who want a clear method to get away from stress, find calm, security, presence, and inner balance. The course is based on Magnus Fridh's books "Att vara stilla när allt skyndar" (Bonnier Fakta) and "Viloläge" (Natur o Kultur)

Meditating is actually quite simple — when you know how to do it.

In this course, you will get a secure, step-by-step method for meditation. A method that is clear, proven, and works — whether you are a beginner or have been meditating for a while.

You don't need to guess or feel uncertain. Magnus guides you through the basics and on to a stable, personal practice that you can carry with you throughout life.

This is what you will learn in the course:

  • Simple, effective meditation techniques you can use in everyday life
  • How to build a sustainable routine — without stress or demands
  • To quiet the mind's chatter and land in the body and breath
  • Self-compassion — how to meet yourself with kindness in meditation
  • How to create an inner place of stillness and recovery

What you get:

  • Guided instruction in all exercises
  • Clear structure — so you know exactly what to do and when.
  • Three downloadable printables — simple support tools that help you stick to the exercises in everyday life.
  • Reflection exercises and practical tips for daily life
  • In-depth perspectives for those who want to go further
  • Lifetime access to the course material

This is what it can lead to:

  • Less stress and worry in everyday life
  • Increased presence and focus
  • Better emotional balance and recovery ability
  • A deeper connection with yourself
  • A calm place within you — that you can always return to

Research shows that regular meditation not only creates calm here and now — it also strengthens the brain's ability for focus, flexibility, and emotional balance in the long run. Studies from, among others, Richard Davidson's research team at the University of Wisconsin clearly show how meditation can contribute to better stress management, a strengthened immune system, and increased well-being.

FAQ

Wondering about something?

When does the course start?

Whenever you like. The course has no start date — you get access right after purchase and begin on the day that suits you.

How much time do I need to put in?

As much or as little as you like. The practices are made to fit into an ordinary day, and since you take the course at your own pace there is no risk of falling behind.

Is the course right for me if I've never meditated?

Yes. The course is built to work both for those completely new to it and for those who have meditated for years. Magnus guides you through the basics before anything else.

How long do I have access to the course?

For life. The course material stays there and you can return to it as many times as you like.

Do I need to have read the book?

No. The course builds on Magnus's books Att vara stilla när allt skyndar and Viloläge, but it stands on its own and works perfectly well if you haven't read them.
