Meditation Teacher Training - Step 2

Course start 9-10/5 -2026

We would like to invite those of you who already have a connection to meditation – perhaps you have completed our basic training, work with clients, teach mindfulness, or are active in healthcare, therapy, or similar fields. Do you feel called to deepen your practice and perhaps share it further? Then this is for you.

We start on January 9-10 by meeting
in person in Stockholm, online live – or afterwards when it suits you.

Meditation Teacher Training

The training is 60 hours long and provides you with deeper knowledge of techniques such as Shamatha, Vipassanā, Mettā Bhāvanā, body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization. We also incorporate Buddhist perspectives such as Bodhisattva vows and the six Pāramitās.

You will also gain tools to guide confidently – even in trauma-informed contexts – and apply meditation in various environments, such as workplaces and creative groups. We conclude with a personal project where you get to create a course or workshop that you would like to lead yourself.
