Workshop

Lung Jong Pranayama – with Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche

In October, I have the great pleasure of welcoming my first guest teacher to Art of Stillness in Stockholm — the deeply respected Tibetan meditation master and yogi, Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche. We met several years ago in Norway, where I had the privilege of attending Rinpoche's teachings, and I immediately felt a resonance with them.

About the workshop

A while in which you get to land

During this weekend in Stockholm, Rinpoche will teach us LUNG JONG Pranayama — a practice where Tibetan tsa-lung, breathwork, movement and meditation meet in a quiet, direct exploration of body, breath and presence.

It is a gentle and sincere way of letting ancient wisdom meet modern life.

What moves me personally is that Rinpoche carries something that is becoming increasingly rare — stillness without performance, depth without heaviness, wisdom without distance.
